At PixelGrow Infotech, we specialize in digital products such as templates, e-books, and downloadable files. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered.

No Physical Shipping

Please note that no physical item will be shipped. All products are delivered digitally through email or direct download after purchase.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once the files have been delivered.

  • If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will ensure you receive your files correctly.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase (accidental double order).

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent you from receiving the file.

  • Digital products from PixelGrow Infotech are non-returnable; refunds are only provided for duplicate purchases or technical issues within 1 day of order.
